I am still getting messages at my old email address

If you're getting messages from us at an old email address, here's how to check and update the primary email address for your account.

  1. Go to your GoDaddy My Profile page. You might be prompted to log in.
  2. Locate the email address in the section with your name.
  3. If you need to change your email address, select Edit in the upper-right corner of the box, change your email address, and then select Save.
