How to pause backups
If you wish to pause the backup so it doesn't run — you can always unpause later — do the following:
- Go to your GoDaddy product page.
- Under Website Security and Backups, next to the domain you want to restore, select Manage.
- Under Backups, select Details.
- Select the
More menu in the upper-right corner above the Backup Now button. - Select Pause backup.
To unpause the backup so that it will run again, follow the steps above and select Un-pause backup.
