Fix iPhone unable to verify account information error

When setting up your email for the first time, you may encounter the following error:

Exchange Account

Unable to verify account information.

This happens when there's an issue verifying your account information. Don't worry, this can be fixed with a few changes to your settings. If you're having issues with an iPhone or iPad email account that has already been set up, contact our GoDaddy Guides.

  1. On the error, tap OK.
  2. Unable to verify account error
  3. Edit the following settings, and then tap Next.
    Setting What to enter...
    Email Enter your Microsoft 365 GoDaddy email address
    ServerEnter outlook.office365.com
    Domain Leave this blank
    Username Enter your Microsoft 365 email address
    Password Enter your email password
    Description This is optional
  4. Tap Save.
  5. Tap Save.
    Save confirmation
  6. Tap Save.
    Modify save options

You'll see your email account listed under Accounts.
