Employees

At GoDaddy, we strive for a workplace culture where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. We don’t use these words lightly, and we don’t shy away from the hard work they entail.

Working to build a stronger company.

Nurturing a culture of diversity, inclusion and belonging is woven into the fabric of GoDaddy. Our employees’ unique experiences enrich everything we do. We want our workforce to reflect the diversity of our customers — the everyday entrepreneurs around the world who are pursuing their passions.

Listening to our employees is key.

We strive to make sure all our folks feel supported, connected and heard. Through GoDaddy Voice, our annual engagement survey, we collect employee feedback to understand what is and isn’t working and to identify opportunities for improvement – and ‪87%‬ of employees responded in 2020.

$1500 USD allotted to award nonprofits where they volunteer with grants and matching donations

20 hours of paid time off for each employee to volunteer in their local communities.

Celebrating everyone in our company.

We bring our teams together with our 11 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Many employees of different racial and ethnic backgrounds, genders, sexual orientations and abilities have organizations to call their own, resulting in over 6,000 ERG sign ups. Importantly, our groups are open to any employee that either identifies with or supports the mission of the ERG.
