Thank you for this. But when GoDaddy hosted my domain, I had an SSL that gave me the https that google is still reading. GoDaddy is no longer hosting the domain so how can GoDaddy assist to have the former https now read http in a google search?

I enabled domain forwarding for my related site (https://cookies.forsale) to forward so that users arrive at my main website (https://pictureperfectcookies.com). It appears to be working if I directly type cookies.forsale into the browser. But when I go to Google and type in key words like: "gourmet cookies" my old GoDaddy site is listed in Google with the https://cookies.forsale link available. When you click the link, it is not working in the Google search results. I have cleared SEO as well. All I want is for https://cookies.forsale that is found in a Google search to forward to https://pictureperfectcookies.com. I tried to call the help desk, but I don't think they understood what I was trying to accomplish. Can someone help? I may be loosing customers who can't get to my page. I get a message: This site can’t be reached cookies.forsale took too long to respond. Try: Checking the connection Checking the proxy and the firewall Running Windows Network Diagnostics ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT . Thoughts?

@Muse, I get what you are saying, and I know I answered my own question, but I posed this question in the community to see if others experience this same situation and what their workarounds were to this what you quote as a very "basic" system. Gift cards are a MUST in marketing of a company big or small and to not have something like this available in GoCentral's ecommerce is not competitive. I guess I'm starting to see why others are moving away from GoDaddy to other ecommerce systems due to very basic functionality issues that ecommerce should have. Sad, I'm in month two to find out that GoDaddy is not suited for me and I need more advanced systems, but didn't know all I would run into until I delved deep into Go Daddy's services.

My questions are regarding creating a dollar amount off coupon code and how it calculates: If a customer has a coupon code for $50.00 off and they only use $35.00 of it, can the coupon remember that there is a balance left of $15.00 to use or do they forfeit the remaining balance. Is there a way to create a coupon for $50.00 off their "next" order, not "all orders" without being product or category specific? I know that I can limit the number of uses to (1) but want the coupon to be open if a coupon balance exists. Can a coupon code be applied to the entire order to be applied to shipping charges as well instead of only subtotal? For example, an order for $35.00 plus $8.00 shipping totals $43.00. A customer has a coupon code for $50.00 off. Once they apply their coupon code, I'd like it to bring the balance to $0.00 with a remaining coupon balance of $7.00 to use on their next order. (Problem with limiting the number of uses, as the computer thinks there is another $50.00 to use instead of $7.00 balance on that coupon code.) I do not want the customer to have the coupon only apply to $35.00 and expect the customer to pay for $8.00 shipping when there is availability on the the coupon. I also do not want the customer to forfeit the balance of $15.00 remaining and do not want the coupon to be used again. Any help. I guess I'm treating this like a gift card because there is no other functionality to use to allow for marketing discounts.

Never mind. I found my answer on Square’s website. Note: Gift Cards can only be redeemed from Square Online Store. There currently isn’t a way to redeem a gift card from 3rd-Party eCommerce integrations.

I have Square as my payment processor on my GoCentral ecommerce page. Inside the Square dashboard, there is the ability to offer gift cards. I would like to offer gift cards that can be purchased in $25, $50, $100 denominations but also there would need to be the ability to redeem these as a payment option. Is this available? Or is this an upgrade? If not, what other ecommerce program supports gift cards so it can be used as additional marketing?

I am wanting to add contests and a referral program as part of marketing my business. I am trying to capture data of where my customers are sourcing from: Facebook, Internet, Word of Mouth, Friend, etc. Is there a way when a new customer is set up during check out using the Go Central e-commerce platform to have an optional drop down field titled: "Referred By"? I am unsure if this is available on Go Central or if I need to look into Square or PayPal to see if they offer this service. This is highly important data that I'm looking to collect to reward referral sources. This is something similar to the add on customization feature that is in the Add Products section. One can make this optional as a preselected drop down or type a text. I don't want to use this section as a referral source as most may not expect to see this in the product section. They would expect this in the shopping cart at check out.

Following as well. This is crucial for my business as well. I do business to business as well as business to consumer. Should be able to add one additional line in the program? @gaston wrote: @ProdMgr_OLS, business name is the critical one, other information such as vat no. would be useful wouldnt it be possible to just enable I line in the address box that says Company Name (if applicable) Also the option to deliver to a different address than the billing address would be useful

I am using the Go Central templates when creating my website shopping cart. I see that USPS and UPS shipping options are already available to easily integrate into options for my customers to use. I would like to have Fed Ex as a shipping option for my customers and do not want to do a flat rate. Can Fed Ex shipping model be integrated like USPS and UPS? If so, how do I accomplish this?
