I know very basic information about web design.   I used a template from W3schools to make my website (https://www.w3schools.com/w3css/w3css_templates.asp) and uploaded all of my files to the web root in the public html folder of my cPanel. When I try to open my site I get this message: Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.   I have no idea why this is happening, is it because I used the code from W3schools? I downloaded their CSS (https://www.w3schools.com/w3css/w3css_downloads.asp) and also added a link to w3CSS in my code as they instructed.   I am pretty confused/frustrated and would really appreciate if someone could help me understand what's going on, because I just spent countless hours trying to code this website!! ...
