We are end users like you. I noticed you are using CloudFlare but I'm getting a connection timeout error. 


1) I just wanted to confirm this is on Managed WordPress and not on a cPanel account

2) You say you cannot contact GoDaddy - Have you tried to reach to via chat

I know some people outside the US have had more success with using a VPN to reach the chat support.
