If you purchased a cPanel hosting plan, yet do not see the option to launch it from within your account, it's likely that you have more than one GoDaddy account. Please review the receipt that was sent to your email to find out which customer number that product is associated with. If you do not have the receipt with the customer number, please double check your accounts by using our account retrieval system to find your customer number in our system: http://godaddy.com/help/reset-my-godaddy-password-8.
