My Ultimate hosting was mistakenly cancelled, i didn't authorize the cancellation
My hosting was cancelled. I didnt authorize the cancellation. I cannot reach godaddy support line. Was on hold for 25 minutes plus. This is the worse experience i have had with a hosting company. I will never recommend or even attempt to use godaddy service again. All my domain attached to that hosting are down.
Unfortunately, most of us that provide help in the community are not GoDaddy employees, so we have no access to your account nor can we help with account management. You will have to call phone support or live chat to get this issue resolved.
