VPS godaddy can't access it with SSH and dashboard is having issues

Hi Everyone. I called godaddy because my VPS dashboard doesn't even show my cpanel accounts anymore and they tell me that I'm blocking their SSH access to the VPS on my side and I'm not sure because I didn't change anything. Everything is like it was before.

SSH authentication is enabled. CPHULK is disabled.

Where could the block come from? It's like my VPS can't even be monitored by Godaddy dashboard anymore.

I need help. Godaddy support cannot help me because they can't connect to the VPS and it's driving me crazy.

This typically happens if you blocking port 2444 at the server level - GoDaddy needs that port open for the scripts to be able to talk to WHM / the server

Hi PL281. Thanks for the help. This was resolved earlier today. I totally forgot I was blocking "Unknown Region (ZZ)" in CPHULK in WHM.
