SLOW MEDIA UPLOADS IN WordPress Admin using Linux

please help me, I am having a very slow uploading of videos and photos on my wordpress admin. This makes my site look  bored because of lack of featured images. my plan is the the economic Linux .please can anyone help me resolve this issue.

Can you add some screenshot of Media Library > Add New Image.

I need to see how much upload size is configured and also request you to update the screenshot's of Slider Revelation's System Status Box also if you're using it as WordPress Plugin.
