Using Really Simple SSL for Soft Failures

I have an SSL certificate on my wordpress website, but getting "not fully secure" alert.  Have already used Better Search Replace and Eleminator > Tools > Replace URL to confirm https.  Have used Whynotpadlock.com to identify soft failures on website.  Rather then going into source code to change http to https, should I install and activate Really Simple SSL to fix these soft failures?

Thanks for any insight before I move forward.

Tony

I would recommend using Really Simple SSL (and I do) as sometimes it picks up references which on in files or embedded scripts that the find and replace doesn't catch

Is it necessary to go "premium"?  Or, will the free version do ok?

@tamsler

The free version works fine
