Office365 email with attachments hang in both web or Outlook client

My Outlook constantly hangs in both web and desktop client. I have tried reducing the inbox size, archiving, etc. to no avail.

The web client always hangs for a minute when I preview a PDF file, and the Outlook desktop client seems to hang anywhere.
If you have a solution please, advise!

Very strange - I would suggest reaching out to GoDaddy support to see if there is something with your microsoft account which needs to be reset / adjusted.
