Mail is not synced in all client

godaddy web mail is not in sync in different clients, even if i have read mail on phone it shows unread in webmail and viseversa,

if i delete in one client its still their in another, how to fix this ?

Maybe you configure it as POP3. You have to configure it as iMAP.
