i have 2 domain. example.com and example2.com , i block the yahoomail account through spam filter blacklist. then test it but example.com is still receiving the email from a yahoo email. please help thanks
Hi @CPIT. Thanks for being part of GoDaddy Community! If you've added the domain to a block list in your email settings, then it should be blocked. If that's not happening, then either it wasn't added correctly, or there's something wrong with the account. If you have a Workspace Email account, you can see the instructions here for more information about adding a domain to a block list. If you've taken the proper steps but it's not working, I'd suggest contacting customer care so they can take a look.
