GoDaddy email is not sending nor receiving emails

Hi, 

 

I have created a godaddy email and it seems that no emails are being sent nor received to it. When I try to send from my Gmail to it, I get the following: 

Message blocked
Your message to info@build-commerce.com has been blocked. See technical details below for more information.

 

The response from the remote server was:

550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS(201806281)

Your MX Record is wrong

buildcommerce-com01c.mail.protection.outlook.com.

it should not have the 01c in the MX record - if you adjust that you should be able to receive mail

Your MX Record is wrong

buildcommerce-com01c.mail.protection.outlook.com.

it should not have the 01c in the MX record - if you adjust that you should be able to receive mail

I have this exact issue and there seems to be insufficient assistance. I just procured the Office 365 Email service on Godaddy. All messages sent to the address returned with the following error: Message blocked Your message to admin@peltomglobalservices.org has been blocked. See technical details below for more information. 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS(201806281) [VI1EUR04FT050.eop-eur04.prod.protection.outlook.com] kindly assist

Can you confirm that you have admin@peltomglobalservices.org setup in Office 365 - It's saying it is rejected which often means it isn't configured.

 

Also confirm you have configured all of the DNS records per https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/dns/create-dns-records-at-godaddy?view=o365-wor... as otherwise microsoft may reject the mail as the account is not "verified"
