I created a forward email account (FREE Account) and I still get that alert error icon (Pending Setup: Validating MX Record) for the past 48 hours now.
So I click the error icon which popups a helpful configuration but when I select the option "Reconfigure my MX records to use Workspace email" the Continue button doesn't work at all, it stuck on that popup menu.

There is even a section for MX record setup if you click the option that reads: Set up an entire email account, only for forwarding emails. Check out the "Next Step" in that linking article and follow those prompts to get more information on the MX record questions you may have.

By following your suggestion "Set up an entire email account, only for forwarding emails."...I am still stuck on the adding of MX Record.

but on step #3, where can I find the "Manage DNS" button? It is missing.
