Attachments missing from sent mail

My whole team is having issues with email attachments. 

Someone will send an email with an attachment. The recipient replys that the attachment was not there. Check sent folder, sure enought the attachment isn't in the email. Reply to the email with the attachment. The recipient still says there is no attachment. On the third try the attachment always goes through. Go Daddy hasn't been able to find an answer. Wants a screen recording but we haven't been able to capture it yet. 

Is this happening to anyone else?

So a couple of questions

1) What is your domain / what email platform are you using?

2) Are you sending via webmail or via outlook or mobile device - does this happen across multiple devices

3) How large are the attachments

4) are your accounts near quota?

1) What is your domain / what email platform are you using? Godaddy email 

2) Are you sending via webmail or via outlook or mobile device - does this happen across multiple devices We are using both webmail and outlook- not sure about mobile devices. 

3) How large are the attachments They vary in size but mostly under 1mb. 

4) are your accounts near quota? No
