dns forwarding help

recently i contacted godaddy regarding my DNS settings, this was monday. we added the forwarding section with the URL which vbulletin gave me. when i search my domain in the address bar i get this result:-

This site can’t be reached’s server IP address could not be found.

if i ping the domain name i get:-
'ping request could not find host, please check the name and try again'
my DNS settings are :-

The issue is that your CNAME should just be www


When working with DNS the "Host" is just the part that comes before the domain name. So in your case you created a CNAME for


Once you change the CNAME to just www you should be good to go
