Trying to change nameservers. Could my accent mark be causing an error?

Tatiane_0-1592384710842.png

Hello,

I am trying to change the nameservers, but I got an error message like this. I called godaddy support and they said it´s a problem with the nameservers that cloudflare provided. But in cloudflare website it says it´s a problem with godaddy. Could someone please help me?

Thank you

AH Yes - This may have something to do with the accent mark in the domain which isn't technically allowed hence the xn--sch-tla.se

I would get on with chat support as GoDaddy should be able to update the name servers from their side. There is something funny about domains with accents and how the system handles it / how it needs to be updated.

I would double check that you don't have any extra spaces in the Name servers also try a private browser window

Hey, thank you for your reply @PL281

I tried both, but it didn´t work anyway

Just curious, what is your domain name - I know certain domain extensions have certain restrictions. I've never header of an issue with CloudFlare but it is something that comes to mind.

It´s åsch.se or xn--sch-tla.se
