Make A record point to ip of another domain (not redirect)

I want my godaddy domain to point to the ip address of another domain (the ip address of that domain is not static, but the domain is). The A record only accept an ip address

You can point the CNAME for 'www' to the other domain and then forward yourdomain.com to www.yourdomain.com
