Cannot See Records in DNS Management

I have recently registered a number of different domains. On the majority when I access DNS Management I can see and edit the records. However I have 2 .com domains where I cannot see the Records and only have the option to change the name servers.


Any ideas?

Hi @Stuart_Moon. Thanks for being part of GoDaddy Community! Usually, if you're not seeing the option to manage your domain's DNS records, it means the domain is pointing to 3rd party nameservers. You will only be able to edit DNS records in our system if you're using GoDaddy nameservers. Otherwise, you'll need to update the settings with the nameserver provider you're using. Hope that helps.
