You can cancel the auto-renewal by going to to your Account Management -> Renewals and then cancelling the auto-renewal by cancelling the product. It allows you to use it for the length of time you paid but will not automatically renew.
For refunds you would need to contact phone support or live chat and verify your account and request one. If the product is eligible for a refund, they'll tell you and get it sorted.
