Can't add subdomain

I recently add a subdomain. I received the message "Features may be unavailable while we process your updates. Some updates require confirmation—please check your inbox for a possible confirmation email". What is this ?  Now what should i do ? Kindly resolve my issue.

Thanks for posting! If you received that message after you added a subdomain, it can take a few seconds before you can make any other changes. Certain changes require confirmation. If you did not receive an email there is nothing else you need to do from your end.
