My website www.wlgf.org uses php on two pages /contact_us.php and /join_the_forum.php, and have worked just fine for 2 years. Within the last fewweeks (on or before 6th January) the php on these pages inexplicably fails to first validate then send emails or take to confirmatory pages. The action buttons flick, but that is all. I have done nothing to the site that should have affected these pages. I'm with GoDaddy and they haven't been able to help. Help!! (please)

at appendform1message (contact_us.php:3482)

1) If you right mouse click on the page and select inspect element
2) It could be that was in a external file and the file isn't on the server anymore - I did the first box on the contact form

Many thanks. Two further queries - how did you get that error message through via the Chrome Console? (I'm not that experienced yet). Given that the script ran pefectly ok for two years, can you think of any reason why it should have lost the functionn reference on its own?
Much appreciate your help

Wow - that was fast. I'll look at the code and try to work out why an external file might have been lost. Many thanks
