If you new site is hosted with GoDaddy you have to change the DNS to the default GoDaddy servers. Right now they are:
Name Server: NS1.POWERSELLERTEMPLATES.COM
Name Server: NS2.POWERSELLERTEMPLATES.COM
=> Go to > Managed My Domains > Click on your Domain Name
=> Click on the Manage link under the listed Nameservers.
=> Choose: Standard. Go Daddy hosting, forwarding, and parked domains.
=> Click Save.
Thanks for your answer.
It is not hosting by godaddy. powersellertemplates is the server i am hosting with.
What to do in that case?
Godaddy has no convincing answer. seems they don't know or they don't want to help
@vdhir, since you are using powersellertemplates, GoDaddy can't help. You need to get help from powersellertemplates. They will tell you what nameservers to use. I will assume that you have the correct nameservers specified. It might take a few more hours for the changes to propagate. The other hosting company will tell you how to update the other DNS records. You need to change the "A" records but that might need to be done in GoDaddy or it might need to be done in powersellertemplates; powersellertemplates will tell you.
The DNS nameserver records have propagated to Turkey and Malaysia and while I was typing this it propagated to France. So hopefully it will propagate to most of the rest of the world soon but there are a few countries that take longer.
Thanks Sam.. Your answer makes sense to me.
Also can you help me to know if there is any other thing to update on the godaddy settings like ip or any other file which is hindering the process ?
It seems like you got this working. When you get a chance, please let us know what you did to make it work.
