Hosting Account Update broke my site

Received an email from GoDaddy for a Hosting Account Update, that they've assigned me a new IP and I can now publish new content.   I did not request a hosting account update, and now the website URL gives me a 500 Internal Server Error. 

 

I can go into cPanel and see all the files for the website are still there, although the folders have a more current timestamp on them, but the files within the folders do not.

Same thing has happened to all of my zencart stores in my hosting account.  None of my zencart stores work anymore.
