Cannot SSH. no matching host key type found. Their offer: ssh-dss

I have SSH enabled on my settings.

When try to connect with my ftp user (FTP works fine!) I get the following message (It doesn't ask for my password):

Unable to negotiate with 50.62.126.1 port 22: no matching host key type found. Their offer: ssh-dss

Hi @gusans. Thanks for being part of GoDaddy Community! I'm not sure why you'd be seeing that error. My guess would either be that there is an issue with your account or the SSH client you're trying to use requires you to generate a key to connect. I wasn't able to duplicate this error when connecting with Putty to a test account. I'd recommend giving Putty a try if you haven't already. Otherwise, you may want to connect with our support team.
