We've been pretty noisy about it, but in case you haven't heard, here's a quick explanation:
First, GoDaddy Pro is our brand for web professionals: the designers, developers, freelancers, consultants, and others who help everyday entrepreneurs grow and succeed online.
GoDaddy Pro Sites and GoDaddy Pro Clients were our legacy tools for web professionals. They let you manage your websites and clients from a central dashboard. You could connect to just about any kind of website, and there were a ton of additional features for WordPress sites. If your client was a GoDaddy customer, you could securely log into into their GoDaddy account, or buy products on their behalf.
The Hub by GoDaddy Pro is our next step. It's still a dashboard for managing your websites and clients, with powerful features for WordPress website maintenance. But we've made some big improvements. The new Hub experience covers your My Account and My Products pages, making it easier and faster for you to access the things you need. We've also added the project management tools you've been asking for, so that you can keep your projects organized and on track.
As always, it is still free to sign up for GoDaddy Pro. (You can even get some premium site maintenance tools for free.)
Since the Beta, we've systematically rolled out new features to The Hub, starting with core functionality. A lot of you shared feedback about feature parity between the legacy experience and The Hub. Most importantly, you've been asking when features will be equal. To answer that, our Help team created a comparison chart so you can follow along.
The chart shows all features from the legacy Pro experience and their status on The Hub. Some don't have an ETA yet, but you can see which ones have already been added, which are scheduled, and which are only available on The Hub.
Be sure to bookmark this! It'll be updated as features are rolled out.
As always, feel free to give us your feedback, or let us know what features you'd like to see in The Hub. 🙂
