I know it's frustrating when things don't work as you expect, but I may have an answer for you.

It appears that the domain in your link is already at GoDaddy, so you can't transfer it in. It's already registered with us, although it may not be in your account.


Per the WHOIS -

Registrar URL:


Contact 24/7 Support for help accessing it or moving it if you are the registrant. While we are not able to do direct account support (we don't have access) that was a public record I could check.
