Domain Transfer - missed 1 number (now pending transfer)

Hello,
I sent someone over my shopper ID and email to transfer an email domain to our GoDaddy account
The owner of the domain messaged me saying he put the information in but got a warning that the shopper id does not match the email. I realized after the fact I forgot 1 number at the end of my shopper id

The domain is now sitting in a pending status. Does anyone know how long it will take for the Domain to become available for transfer again so we can retry with the proper information?

You or the current domain owner can cancel the pending account change by following the steps in this guide: https://www.godaddy.com/help/cancel-an-account-change-2884

 

Restart the domain transfer process after cancelling. Keep in mind if you are choosing to cancel the transfer, you need to cancel it in the transfers-in of pending account changes in your domain manager. Please reach out to GoDaddy Support if you need further assistance with this domain transfer.
