Doesn't matter.

The agent stated, "It's past 30 days since purchase. There is nobody you can talk to about this that is above me."

We're sorry to hear that our refund policy was not made clear to you, or that you experienced an unexpected charge. While GoDaddy is not able to add and charge new products in your account without your permission, the system will renew them if you still have auto-renewal applied. This article will help you manage your account and remove this feature from the products you no longer wish to have.
