It could possibly be a cache issue. Try using a different browser and/or Incognito/Private window.
Aside from live chat, there's also phone support.
Hi @Gizzhy. Thanks for posting. Chat is available now. As @Nate mentioned, if you don't see the "loading" message go away, you'll need to use a Chrome incognito or FireFox private browsing window. It should look like this.
